| Sent the manifolds off to Suncoast Heat Treatments to have the manifolds post-weld stress relieved. $110 for the treatment, and now they look used, LOL. 

One of the nice things about doing this is that I cut the flange in-between each port to allow the pipes more lee-way for thermal expansion. When I cut the flange through, everything remained in the same place, which I was expecting since the heat-treating process is supposed to relieve any internal stress of the part.. None of the parts 'sprung' when I made the cut.. Now hopefully I can get ~10K miles out of them before they crack... Shouldn't be very long now before the car is on the roads.. :)
